Affiliate Program Application Requirements

I. Basic Eligibility Requirements

1. Identity Verification (Required)

• Provide real name and valid identification
• Provide verifiable contact information (phone number and email address)
• Provide authentic payment account information (for commission payments)
• All information must be consistent with the identification documents

2. Social Media Account Requirements (Minimum 1 Required)

• Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or other mainstream platforms
• Account must be genuinely active and operated for at least 6 months
• Minimum 1,000 followers required
• Provide account links and follower data screenshots
• Account content must be related to bags, fashion, travel, or lifestyle

II. Application Process

Step 1: Submit Application Form

• Provide at least 1 social media account link
• Describe your promotion plan and target audience

Step 2: Account Review (3-5 Business Days)

• We will verify the authenticity of your identity information
• Review social media account activity and content quality
• Assess your promotional capabilities and audience alignment
• Review results will be notified via email

Step 3: Confirm Agreement and Important Information

• Carefully read all terms and conditions
• Confirm commission structure and payment methods

Step 4: Obtain Promotion Links

• Log in to the affiliate dashboard to get your exclusive affiliate links
• Access marketing materials and product information
• Start promoting and track your performance

III. Anti-Fraud and Risk Control Measures

1. Identity Verification Mechanism

• All applicants must pass real-name authentication
• Regular verification of affiliate member identity information
• Immediate termination of cooperation and liability pursuit upon discovery of false information

2. Traffic Quality Monitoring

• The system automatically identifies abnormal traffic and fake clicks
• Prohibited use of bots, automation tools, or fake traffic
• Regular review of order sources and conversion quality
• Cheating behavior will result in commission deduction and disqualification

3. Content Compliance Review

• Promotional content must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading to consumers
• Prohibited use of fake reviews or exaggerated claims
• Must not infringe on i7Bags brand rights or use unauthorized materials
• Non-compliant content must be removed immediately; serious violations result in termination

4. Financial Security Controls

• Commission payments require real-name verified accounts
• Minimum withdrawal threshold set (e.g., $50)
• Abnormal transactions trigger manual review
• 60-day commission settlement period reserved for refunds and disputes

IV. Affiliate Marketing Agreement Terms

Article 1: Partnership Relationship

Affiliate members and i7Bags maintain an independent partnership, not an employment relationship. Members independently conduct promotional activities and bear related costs and responsibilities.

Article 2: Commission Structure

• Standard commission rate: 10% of each valid order
• Premium members (monthly sales exceeding $5,000): 12%
• Commission calculated based on actual payment amount, excluding shipping and taxes
• Returns and refunded orders are not eligible for commission

Article 3: Payment Terms

• Commissions are settled on a 60-day payment cycle, paid within 15 days after the end of each cycle
• Minimum withdrawal amount: $50
• Payment methods: Bank transfer or PayPal
• Legal tax documents required before payment (if applicable)

Article 4: Prohibited Activities

• Prohibited use of false identity or another person's identity for the application
• Prohibited creation of fake traffic, clicks, or orders
• Prohibited self-purchasing or encouraging others to make fake purchases for commission
• Prohibited use of spam, malicious advertising, or other improper promotion methods
• Prohibited infringement of brand trademarks or use of misleading promotions
• Prohibited use of the i7Bags brand name for paid advertising without authorization

Article 5: Breach of Contract Liability

• Violators of agreement terms: i7Bags reserves the right to immediately terminate cooperation
• Withhold all unpaid commissions
• Recover paid commissions obtained through violations
• Reserve the right to pursue legal liability

Article 6: Data Protection

• Members must comply with data protection regulations (such as GDPR)
• Must not disclose customer personal information
• Must not use affiliate links for illegal purposes

Article 7: Agreement Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice
• After termination, members must stop using all affiliate links and marketing materials
• Legitimate unpaid commissions will be paid in the final settlement period

Article 8: Agreement Amendments

i7Bags reserves the right to modify these agreement terms. Members will be notified via email after modifications. Continued use of affiliate links constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
