Le cuir fendu est dérivé des couches inférieures de la peau de vache, offrant une excellente durabilité et résistance à un prix plus économique que le cuir pleine fleur. Il présente une texture uniforme avec une apparence constante, idéal pour les poignées, sangles et composants structurels.

Précautions d'entretien du produit

1. Pour nettoyer la toile pure coton cryptée, diluez un détergent neutre avec de l'eau (sans javel ni agent fluorescent) et brossez doucement avec une brosse douce. Évitez de brosser uniquement les zones sales, car cela pourrait provoquer une décoloration localisée. Ne pas utiliser de machine à laver, car cela pourrait entraîner des plis et déformations irréparables.

2. Pour la toile pure coton cryptée, une fois mouillée, assurez-vous que la toile soit complètement sèche pour maintenir son intégrité structurelle et éviter les taches d'eau.

3. Pour nettoyer régulièrement le cuir fendu, utilisez un nettoyant pour cuir doux ou un savon neutre avec un chiffon doux et humide pour un nettoyage délicat. Appliquez périodiquement une quantité appropriée d'assouplissant pour cuir afin de garder le cuir souple et éviter le dessèchement ou les fissures.

4. Après le nettoyage, laissez sécher à l'air dans un endroit bien ventilé et à l'ombre. Évitez l'exposition directe au soleil ou à des températures élevées pour prévenir le vieillissement accéléré et la décoloration.

Returns & refund

CANCEL/ CHANGE YOUR ORDER

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours, please send us an email at admin@i7bags.com. we will refund your payment within 3 workdays.

Please note that if a customer requests a refund within 24 hours, the refund will be subject to a deduction of a total of 6.4% for the transaction fees from both the Shopify platform and PayPal payment processing fees. 

After 24 hours, once your order has begun processing, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or the order number and your full name.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@i7bags.com. If your return is accepted,  we will provide a return address as preferred. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your receipt of the return address. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For any returns and exchanges not caused by our error or product defects, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, customs duties, and any other related expenses incurred in delivering the items to our designated return address.

Please note that the refund will also be subject to a deduction of a total of 6.4% for the transaction fees from both the Shopify platform and PayPal payment processing fees.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
