This Large Retro Leather Backpack, with dimensions 12.6'' * 17.7'' * 5.9''. Crafted from high-quality durable Crazy Horse Leather and oil wax leather, this backpack features a classic and stylish button closure flap design, vintage brass color hardware, adjustable and comfortable shoulder straps, and multiple pockets for organized storage of your essentials.

Material: Crazy Horse Leather/Oil Wax Leather. Lining is cotton.

Leather: The leather material is full-grain cowhide.

Pockets: There are three outer pockets on the outside of the bag.

Interior: Interior zippered and slot pockets. This bag is for laptops up to 17".

Material Special Instructions

1. Raw Material: It is made from high-quality cowhide processed through special tanning techniques. The leather has a soft texture, richer grain, better breathability, and stronger durability compared to regular cowhide. It also has excellent anti-aging properties and maintains a good condition even after long-term use.

2. Craftsmanship: Special techniques such as soaking and tanning create natural creases on the leather surface, along with natural cowhide spots, presenting a rugged vintage style.

3. Scratches: Due to the layer of wax on the leather surface, hard objects may leave messy and disorderly scratches. Light scratches can be eliminated by rubbing with hands or melting the wax slightly with heat, then rubbing to restore. Scratches are unique to Crazy Horse Leather and not a quality issue.

4. Appearance: After special treatment, Crazy Horse Leather exhibits a unique color. Over time, frequently touched areas develop a more charming texture and luster.

5. Common Issues with Crazy Horse Leather: Wrinkles, cowhide scars, leather spots, unavoidable creases during production, uneven color, scratches, odor, and the furry fiber layer on the back of the leather are all normal phenomena and not quality issues. Our products present a rugged vintage distressed effect.

Product Maintenance Cautions

1. To clean leather regularly, use a dedicated leather cleaner or neutral soap with a soft cloth for gentle wiping. Additionally, apply a suitable amount of leather care oil to keep the leather soft and prevent it from drying and cracking.

2. After cleaning, air dry in a well-ventilated and shaded area. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures to prevent accelerated ageing.

3. Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent scratches and tears.

4. Try to avoid contact between the bag's leather and liquids. The dyes used in the leather are environmentally friendly and water-soluble; contact with liquids may cause color transfer. If accidentally exposed to liquids (rain, spills), promptly wipe off the liquid and air dry.

5. When not in use, clean and air dry the bag before storing it in a dry packaging bag to prevent mold.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and You will need to pay customs fees when receiving them.

CANCEL/ CHANGE YOUR ORDER

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours, please send us an email at admin@i7bags.com. we will refund your payment within 2 workdays.

For more than 24 hours, once your order has begun processing, it can no longer be cancelled.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or the order number and your full name.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@i7bags.com. If your return is accepted,  we will provide a return address as preferred. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your receipt of the return address. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For any returns and exchanges not caused by our error or product defects, customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
