La pelle scamosciata deriva dagli strati inferiori della pelle di bovino, offrendo eccellente durabilità e resistenza a un prezzo più economico rispetto alla pelle pieno fiore. Presenta una texture uniforme con aspetto coerente, ideale per maniglie, cinghie e componenti strutturali.

Avvertenze per la Manutenzione del Prodotto

1. Per pulire la tela di puro cotone cifrata, diluire un detergente neutro con acqua (senza candeggina o agenti fluorescenti) e spazzolare delicatamente con una spazzola morbida. Evitare di spazzolare solo le aree sporche, poiché ciò potrebbe causare scolorimento localizzato. Non usare la lavatrice, poiché potrebbe causare pieghe e deformazioni irreparabili.

2. Per la tela di puro cotone cifrata, una volta bagnata, assicurarsi che la tela sia completamente asciutta per mantenere l'integrità strutturale e prevenire macchie d'acqua.

3. Per pulire regolarmente la pelle scamosciata, utilizzare un detergente per pelle delicato o sapone neutro con un panno morbido e umido per una pulizia delicata. Applicare periodicamente una quantità adeguata di condizionatore per pelle per mantenere la pelle morbida e prevenire secchezza o screpolature.

4. Dopo la pulizia, asciugare all'aria in un'area ben ventilata e ombreggiata. Evitare l'esposizione diretta al sole o a temperature elevate per prevenire l'invecchiamento accelerato e lo sbiadimento.

Returns & refund

CANCEL/ CHANGE YOUR ORDER

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours, please send us an email at admin@i7bags.com. we will refund your payment within 3 workdays.

Please note that if a customer requests a refund within 24 hours, the refund will be subject to a deduction of a total of 6.4% for the transaction fees from both the Shopify platform and PayPal payment processing fees. 

After 24 hours, once your order has begun processing, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or the order number and your full name.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@i7bags.com. If your return is accepted,  we will provide a return address as preferred. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your receipt of the return address. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For any returns and exchanges not caused by our error or product defects, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, customs duties, and any other related expenses incurred in delivering the items to our designated return address.

Please note that the refund will also be subject to a deduction of a total of 6.4% for the transaction fees from both the Shopify platform and PayPal payment processing fees.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
