🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • USA / Canada / Australia / New Zealand: 18–25 days (8–14 business days)
  • Europe / UK: 15–20 days (8–12 business days)
  • Asia: 12–18 days (6–10 business days)
Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, Epacket, EMS, and SF Express, depending on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.

Are customs fees included?

No. i7Bags is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. Please email us at admin@i7bags.com as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that a 6.4% transaction fee (Shopify + PayPal) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We never store your financial information.

What materials are your bags made from?

Our bags are crafted from premium leathers including full-grain cowhide, vegetable-tanned leather, waxed canvas leather, Italian leather, and crazy horse leather. Each material is selected for its durability, beauty, and character.

Are your bags handmade?

Many of our bags are handcrafted or feature hand-stitching, hand-dyeing, and artisanal finishing techniques. Product descriptions specify the level of handcraft involved.

How do I care for my leather bag?

Please refer to our Product Maintenance Cautions page for detailed care instructions. In general, keep leather away from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight, and sharp objects. Use a leather conditioner periodically to maintain suppleness.

Do your bags come in different sizes?

Yes! Each product listing includes specific dimensions (in cm). Please check the product page for exact measurements before purchasing.
